Today's run
I had a trail run on my plan today and I knew perfect place. On the top of the cliffs overlooking the English channel. And the rain we had last few days made sure it was slow and muddy.

What goes down WILL go up. Ouch!

Hope you are keeping busy in Italy and you finally got to talk to Shaun!! (I too spent several days when Dave was in Iraq missing phone calls left and right) we finally figured out a 'system' but sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't!
